At Ikigai-Box, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines of our return and refund policy below:

Return and Refund Policy :

• The customer has the right to return the Bonsai Box in full, within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that all items included in the box are present and in perfect condition.
• The box may be opened in its entirety, but must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and unaltered.
• To be eligible for a refund, all items in the Bonsai Box, including pots, peat pellets, labels and seeds, must be returned in perfect condition.

Return Process :

• The customer must complete the contact form on our website to initiate the return process.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the Bonsai Box.

 

Refunds:

• Once we have received and inspected the returned Bonsai Box, we will proceed to refund the full amount of the purchase.
• Refunds will be made according to the customer's original method of payment.
